Personalized work anniversary video eCards

A work anniversary can land any day of the year, and it's one of the easiest moments to recognize but also one of the easiest to forget. Whether it's someone's first year on the team or their twenty-fifth, an eCardToon work anniversary card gives them a personal thank-you: a cartoon character greets them by name and shares a message from you, their manager, or the whole team.

We're planning workplace-friendly scenes, such as a character presenting an anniversary plaque, a confetti burst over a desk, or a timeline flipping through the years. The tone is upbeat and professional, suitable for sharing in a team channel or a staff meeting. Another concept features a character climbing a staircase of years, each step labeled with a milestone, or popping open a celebratory bottle of sparkling cider at the office. The designs are fun but polished enough for any workplace culture.

Specific recognition matters. Instead of a generic congratulations, mention a project they led, a customer they helped, or the way they make new hires feel at home. Managers can send a card on each person's anniversary date, and coworkers can send one to a work friend celebrating a big milestone. Keep it to 50 words or fewer, and focus on one or two concrete contributions. Human resources teams and small business owners often look for low-effort, high-impact ways to recognize people, and a video card that speaks the employee's name hits both marks. It can also be a nice touch for remote employees who might otherwise miss an in-office celebration.

Cards are ready within minutes and arrive by email with a private link that plays on phones and TVs. You can download the video in phone or widescreen format to add to a presentation or post internally, and you'll see the exact script before checkout. For a long-tenured colleague, consider asking a few teammates for one memory each and weaving the best into your message.
