What you're buying

A personalised animated video card in which our Santa character speaks the names and (for Personal and Deluxe cards) the message you provide. Cards are digital products delivered by email and on a private order page.

Because there is no audio or video preview, please check spelling before paying; Santa says exactly what you type.

Your content

You are responsible for the names and messages you submit. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they follow our Content Rules.

We may decline, hold for review, or refund any order whose content breaks the Content Rules. Automated and human review may be used.

You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to make, store and deliver your card.

Our content

The Santa character, animation, voices, backgrounds and site are owned by ToonyVision Studios or its licensors. You may share your card for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell cards or use them in advertising without written permission.

Delivery & availability

Most cards are ready within minutes but times can vary at busy periods. If a card cannot be produced, we will fix it or refund you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
