Personalized Hanukkah video eCards

Hanukkah begins at sundown Friday, December 4, 2026, and is celebrated for eight nights. The Festival of Lights commemorates the rededication of the Temple in Jerusalem and the miracle of the oil that burned for eight days. Each night families light one more candle on the menorah, sing blessings, play dreidel, and enjoy foods fried in oil like latkes and sufganiyot. An eCardToon Hanukkah card lets a friendly animated character wish your loved one a Happy Hanukkah by name and share your message.

We're designing warm, festive scenes: a menorah glowing in a window on a snowy night, a table piled with latkes and applesauce, or a spinning dreidel surrounded by chocolate gelt. The cards are meant to be joyful and respectful, the kind grandparents and kids can enjoy together. Other ideas include a family singing together around the menorah or a playful dreidel game where your loved one's name appears as the winning spin. The look is cozy and bright, perfect for a phone or for watching on the living room TV before lighting the candles.

With eight nights of celebration, there's plenty of time to send a card: on the first night, as a nightly surprise, or as a thank-you after a family gathering. It's an easy way to reach grandkids far from home, friends celebrating with a new baby, or coworkers you want to include in the season. Share a favorite family tradition, a wish for light and joy, or a simple 'Chag Sameach.' Hanukkah cards also work well for interfaith families who want to share the celebration with relatives, or for friends who'd love to learn more about the holiday. A short note explaining a family tradition can make the card both personal and welcoming.

Cards are ready within minutes and delivered by email with a private link that plays on phones and TVs. Download the video in phone or widescreen format to share, and see the exact script before checkout.
