Can't wait? Personalized Santa Claus cards are available now.

Distance has a way of making ordinary days feel a little emptier. Maybe a friend moved across the country, a partner is deployed or traveling for work, a child just left for college, or a grandparent lives far away. An eCardToon Miss You card is a short animated video in which a cartoon character says their name and tells them, in your words, that they're missed.

We're planning tender, lightly playful scenes for this collection, like a character gazing at the moon, a paper airplane carrying a note across a map, or two houses connected by a string-and-can telephone. Choose a classic miss you message or write up to 50 words of your own. Mention the first thing you'll do together when you see each other, or the small daily habit that hasn't felt the same since they left. Even a sentence or two about a specific shared moment can make the message feel like you're right there with them.

Hearing their own name spoken in a scene made just for them can help someone feel close even when they're far away. Miss You cards are an easy way to bridge time zones too, since the private link waits until they're ready to watch. It's a nice surprise between video calls or a gentle check-in when you haven't spoken in a while. Miss You cards can be meaningful for military families, long-distance couples, and grandparents who don't see grandchildren as often as they'd like. A child might send one to a parent traveling for work, or an old roommate might send one to a friend after years apart. The message doesn't need to be sad; often, a fond and cheerful note says 'I miss you' best.

You'll see the full script before checkout, so the message reads the way you want. The card arrives by email within minutes. Send the private link by text or email, or download the video in phone (9:16) or widescreen (16:9) so they can keep it on their phone and watch it again whenever they need a reminder that someone is thinking of them.
